TECHNOLOGICAL TESTS

Technological tests for the task

A set of laboratory tests to evaluate the technological properties of ores, processed products, activated coals and other materials according to the customer's task.

Individual regulations

Tests are carried out according to the conditions and requirements provided by the customer.

Different types of tests

Gravity, sieve, percolation and other technological tests are performed.

Fraction analysis

Wet and dry screening is performed, followed by analysis of the obtained fractions.

Evaluation of materials

The characteristics of ores, processed products, activated carbon and other materials are determined.

About the destination

Various technological tests are carried out to solve applied problems related to ore processing, evaluation of materials and selection of technological parameters. The test format is determined based on the type of material, the purpose of the study, the customer's requirements and the specifics of the technological scheme.

The laboratory can perform gravity enrichment tests, wet and dry screening with fraction analysis, percolation tests, determination of activated carbon characteristics, as well as other types of research according to the agreed regulations.

Such tests allow us to obtain practical data on the behavior of the material in the laboratory, evaluate its technological properties and prepare the basis for further production solutions.

The work is performed in accordance with the conditions provided by the customer, taking into account the requirements for the material, sample volume, control indicators and the expected result of the study.
